What we collect

If you use the contact form on this site, we collect what you enter there: your name, your email address, the kind of business you run, and your message. If you email or phone us directly, we hold that correspondence.

Why we hold it

Only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Cookies

This site uses the cookies needed to serve its pages and to understand how many people visit them. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

Who can see it

Your details are seen by the two of us at Ranira Studios, and by the services we use to run the site and our email. They are not shared with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after twelve months. Project records are kept while you are a client, and for six years afterwards for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact page and we will act on it.
